I filed on 2/4/12 and WMR says " You may have entered the wrong information" they have no information on my return.

I received the same information even after I surpassed the 72 hours, if filed electronically.I didnt get an update until the next following Wednesday.WMR is messed up.It changed my DD 2 times and now it is saying i’ve entered the wrong information. ‘The refund line still gives me the same DD of Feb 14

I married filed jointly, so when I enter my SS#, wmr and refund line give me a different DD of Feb 21.

I spoke to 2 IRS agents.They say the same thing " We’ve received your paper and it is being processed but at this time we are not able to give you an exact date for your deposit. Please call back on Feb 21, if you have not received your refund."

One IRS agent said wmr and refund line are screwed and to check with your bank because this new system they are using doesnt allow the employee to see the exact deposit date until the batches go out to the bank.

I received a direct deposit date for tomorrow (2/15/12) I filed on February 2nd. You are in the bracket to get your return tomorrow as well. The Where’s my refund thing doesn’t always work, it didn’t for me last year, it kept saying wrong info and then I still received the money. I would check your bank account in the morning and it will probably be there. Good luck, it is frustrating waiting for them!!

Haha @ Pamela- I keep seeing people complain when their date has not even come up yet. According to the IRS Refund Chart anyone who filed from February 1-7 will not receive until the 15th (at the earliest). The IRS deposits once a week. Every Wednesday, not every day.

I have been waiting since the 31st of January and I still cannot find an update on WMR or the line. It is just how it is right now so I will check my bank account tomorrow and the next Wednesday. THEN I will complain!

I was in the same boat. I filed feb 5th and i just recieved a dd date of feb 28 which is over 21 days but i called irs spoke to agent and he said a couple days so well see. I feel like its coming soon .

Yeah their new catch an identity theif system must be real buggy or something buy I got my money in around 2 weeks.

people have been waiting longer than that. I am still waiting from 1/27. It is running a week later than usual yet
